The program has many advantages over other programs:
  • The Universal Visa Prepaid Card is convenient and reloadable! You will not get multiple prepaid cards. You will only get one reloadable prepaid card and you do not need a new card when you switch agencies. You can use your card anywhere that Visa cards are accepted.***

  • Excellent customer service support via the toll-free number on the back of the card – assistance is available 24 hrs a day, seven days a week

Earning Rewards with Goway - Online

  • When booking online, enter your PID number during the booking/payment process
    in the "Agent Reward PID" field located on the bottom of the Delivery and Payment (step 2) page.
  • If you forget to add your PID number online, you may call in the PID number before or at time of payment.
  • Generally, your reward funds will be credited to your Goway Reward card within three weeks of transaction.**

  • ** If you do not claim your reward within 48hrs of final payment no rewards can be credited or back dated.
    ** Rewards can only be claimed for eligible new bookings that are fully paid on or after the initial sign-up date for the program. Bookings made prior to sign-up for the reward program, are not eligible. We cannot 'back-date' a reward.

Earning Rewards with Goway - Call Centre

  • At time of booking, provide your Goway Reservation Agent with your PID number to ensure you are credited with your sale.
  • Your reward funds will be credited to your Goway Reward card within three weeks of final payment.
  • NOTE - published fares are NOT eligible for rewards.
  • Rewards are not automatically credited; you must claim your reward
  • by providing your PID number at time of final payment.

    Redeeming Rewards

  • Canadian Cardholders can use their card anywhere that Visa cards are accepted
  • Funds will be automatically deducted from the card with each purchase made
  • Use the card just like you would use a credit card
  • When making in-store purchases, select Visa as the form of payment. If given the option, select Credit, not Debit
  • You should always know how much money is available on the card. Tell the merchant the exact amount you would like deducted from the card.
  • If your purchase is greater than the value on the card, you may split payment between the prepaid card and a credit card, another prepaid card, cheque or cash - if store policy permits. Be certain that the amount charged to the prepaid card does not exceed the remaining balance on the card.
  • You can now take money from commission earned and add it to your Goway Reward Card, but this is over/above the standard amount you’re automatically rewarded when booking on GowayAir.com. In the event of a cancellation this extra reward amount will be added to your cancelation penalties. Please note GowayAir suggests you check with your agency owner/manager before using this feature.

    Check your Balance

  • You can check your balance anytime by visiting www.mycurrentbalance.com or by calling 1-877-610-1075 or 1-801-214-8892 outside of Canada.
  • You can view the balance and a 90-day transaction summary by entering the card number on the web site.
  • Your balance is shown in Canadian dollars.
  • With each purchase, funds will be deducted from the card balance.

Activate your Card

  • You may activate your card at www.mycurrentbalance.com, or by contacting Customer Service at 1-877-610-1075 or 1-801-214-8892 outside of Canada.
  • Lost/Stolen/Non-Received Card

  • If you were already rewarded on your card and it is now Lost/Stolen or it was Non-received you may contact Customer Services by calling 1-877-610-1075 or 1-801-214-8892 outside of Canada and US.
  • Please note that the first reissue is free, but each additional replacement will cost $15.00.
  • Difficulty at the Point of Sale

  • If you experience difficulty at the Point of Sale ask the merchant to call the Visa Customer Service number at 1-877-610-1075 or 1-801-214-8892 outside of Canada and US.
