Rules, Regulations & Disclaimers For Goway Travel Internet Website Goway Travel requires that all the visitors to our site on the World Wide Web (the "Site") adhere to the following rules and regulations. By accessing the Site you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

LAWS AND REGULATIONS:

User access to and use of the Site is subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Users are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose including, but not limited to use as metatags on other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without the written permission of Goway Travel. All information and content on or through the Site ("Content") is protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF THE SITE:

The information, products and descriptions of services published on the site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors, and Goway travel specifically disclaims any liability for such inaccuracies or errors. Goway travel does not warrant or represent that the content on the site is complete or up-to-date. Goway travel is under no obligation to update any content on the site. Goway travel may change the content on the site at any time without notice. Goway travel may make improvements or changes to the site at any time. You agree that Goway travel , its affiliates and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, for any indirect, punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including without limitation lost profits, cost of procuring substitute service or lost opportunity) arising out of or in connection with the use of the site, or with the delay or inability to use the site, even if Goway travel is made aware of the possibility of such damages. CONFIDENTIALITY OF USER COMMUNICATIONS:

Goway Travel will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications which contain personal user information and which are transmitted directly to Goway Travel Postings by a user on any message board or in any chat room will not be protected as confidential and Goway Travel may use and provide information contained in any such postings (including any ideas, concepts, know-how or other intellectual property) for any purpose whatsoever and as deemed appropriate by Goway Travel.

PRESS RELEASES:

All press releases and other materials presented or released to the community that are contained on the Site were, to the best of Goway Travel 's knowledge, timely and accurate when issued. However, the passage of time can render information stale, and you should not rely on the continued accuracy of any such material beyond the date of issuance. Goway Travel has no responsibility to update any information contained in any such material. All viewers should carefully check the dates of issuance of the material contained in the Site.

CHANGES TO RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Goway Travel reserves the right to revise these Rules and Regulations at any time and users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to these Rules and Regulations.

VIOLATIONS OF RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Goway Travel reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Rules and Regulations, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Site.

JURISDICTION/GOVERNING LAW:

Users of this Site agree to submit to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and applicable federal law without regard to conflicts of laws principles. OTHER TERMS AGREED TO BY USERS OF THIS SITE:

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES/REFUNDS:
  • If permitted, cancellation/refund/change penalty of $50 (USD/CDN) applies for all bookings in addition to the carrier's penalties (if applicable), please note some tickets are 100% Non-Refundable or Non-Changeable. Fee is per person/per ticket.
  • For exact penalties, please refer to the fare rules before completing your booking or
    call our Online Booking Help Desk for assistance (1-866-515-2874).
  • For paper ticket refund, original ticket must be returned to Goway Air for processing.
  • Commission made on booking must be either returned or included in the cancelation fees to passengers.
  • Refunds can take from four to twelve weeks once request has been processed.

SEAT SELECTION:

Seat selection is not guaranteed at time of ticketing. Most airlines charge for advanced seat selection. Please refer to airline website for advanced seat selection rules and fees.

VOIDING TICKETS:

In addition to the carrier's penalties (if applicable), $10 will be charged for each void.

NAME CHANGES:

  • Name changes are generally not permitted by airlines. Please ensure all passenger names are spelled identically to their passport. Some airlines permit minor name corrections, but may require a re-issue fee.
  • If permitted, name change penalty of $50 (USD/CDN) applies for all bookings over & above the airline penalties. Fee is per person/ticket.
  • To avoid unnecessary charges, it is suggested that the passengers' names and ages be matched and double-checked against their passport at the time of booking.

BOOKING GUIDELINES:

  • Reservations are subject to space availability in the appropriate class at the time of booking.
  • For open jaw/mix class booking permitted, most restrictive rules apply.
  • Although E-Tickets are currently available, not all itineraries may be eligible for E-Ticket option. If an E-Ticket is not available Goway can not issue the ticket request.
  • An email address must be provided with the booking in order for us to email a copy of an invoice to the travel agent.
  • Any deadline advised by the airline will override any option date in the PNR.
  • All fares are subject to change unless tickets are issued.
  • Passengers date of birth, passport number and expiration date is required at time of booking. Some airlines require more details at time of booking.
  • It is recommended you retain a photo copy of clients main passport page as further details may be required depending on airline and routing.

FARE GUARANTEE:

  • Fare is only guaranteed at time of ticketing. Fares are subject to change as airlines may increase a fare, impose mandatory fees, and add new taxes without notice. Goway will notify agents of any fare changes as soon as possible. Passengers will be responsible for increases imposed by the airline.
  • Goway Air may rebook certain itineraries due to routing problems or schedule changes and will notify the agent before doing so.

TICKETING HOURS OF OPERATION:

Our ticketing hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday 9am to 7pm EST (6am to 4pm PST)
Saturday 10am to 3pm EST (7am to 12pm PST)
Any payments received for files after these hours will not be processed until the next business day, and fares are subject to change.

CHECK ITINERARY AND ALL TRAVEL DETAILS:

Confirmation documents sent via email, or otherwise are intended for agent and passenger to review. Please check that all booked travel arrangements are correct. Travel agent and passengers are responsible for review of itinerary and confirm all flight dates and times are correct and all passenger names are spelled identically to their passport names. Failure to do so may result denial of travel by airport officials. Name changes are not permitted at any time.

ALL SPECIAL REQUESTS:

Please advise us of any special requirements. All requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

FREQUENT FLYER MILEAGE/POINTS:

Passenger must check directly with the airline as to whether the ticket or booking class is eligible for frequent flyer points. Frequent flyer points have NO MONETARY VALUE and we are not responsible for any lost mileage. This is strictly between the passenger and airline involved.

AMENDMENT FEES:

Once a booking has been made, any change is subject to a minimum communication fee of $25 per change, per person. Once documentation has been issued, any changes will be subject to a minimum communication fee of $50 per person in addition to communication charges, service and supplier fees or penalties.

Travel originating in the Philippines requires a pre-paid ticket advise; there is an additional cost for this service and airlines charge various fees for this required fee.

PASSPORT, VISAS AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:

It is the travel agent or passenger's responsibility to ensure that all entry requirements are met. This may include required passport, visa, health and entry requirements of any country travelled or those transited (could be for a re-fuelling or aircraft change). Many countries require that your passport should be valid for a period of a minimum of six months from the date of your departure, please check with country as appropriate. We accept no responsibility for denied boarding or customs reports due to non-compliance of the above. We recommend travel agent or passenger verify requirement with each country officials, consulate or embassy that are on planned itinerary.

BAGGAGE:

It is important that you are aware of baggage restrictions and fees that are being imposed by each airline in order to avoid excess baggage costs. Please check with the relevant airline prior to departure to verify their baggage policies. Please note, if you are using more than one airline on your itinerary, you will need to check with every airline individually as they may differ.

INSURANCE:

Vacation protection offered. The Goway Travel Protection Plan is your ticket to worry-free travel. Protect the travel investment at an affordable group rate. Insurance offered is cancellation only. Note - Travel Insurance Protection Plan must be purchased at time of booking, and cannot be added afterwards.
